Accounts Integration

Kudos offers real time integration with Sage 50, 200 and Access Accounting, so we have had to ensure that all processes reconcile properly. Preferred supplier replacement cost and rolling average cost are recorded at time of transaction allowing full margin reporting.

Fiscal Reporting

Kudos data is structured in daily, weekly, monthly periods which can be set for future calendar dates across all outlets. A comprehensive list of period end reports allow full reconciliation of transactions.

Management Reporting

Kudos offers a wide range of management reports which can be written straight to Excel for more detailed reporting.
Database views allow direct access to data at both branch and consolidated level. In addition, all data can easily be exported in formats suited for spreadsheets or databases. We will be pleased to discuss any particular reporting requirements that you may have.

Security and Control

User Access is structured by logon profiles assigned to each individual. Controls are structured in four levels:

• Operator – minimum functionality for day to day operations
• Supervisor – Additional functions, i.e. returns or discount processing at POS; visibility of cost prices etc.
• Reporting – rights to run reports, in particular period end reports
• Manager – overall access, with rights to edit stock records, run fuller reporting etc.

In addition there are two administrative levels

• Configurator: sets up trading rules, screen designs etc.
• System Manager: controls in particular, password profiles and rights (though lower level users can be given predefined profiles by higher level users depending on settings.

Operator logons can be forced at various stages in the process, and logon is recorded on audit trail for every transaction.
