Better for Everyone, Easier for All
Combining an EPoS till and the easy retrieval of Retail Gift Aid was our prime objective, but cutting workload at the same time?
We made a simple handling system for processing gift aid items on donated goods at the till and built on-screen prompts to help the volunteers with the sale. From that foundation we tied the process together up the line and still managed to keep it as simple as possible.

• Reduced keying errors and reconciliation
• Instant, automatic, categorised reporting of sales and banking
• An increase in donated items when gift aid on donated goods can be claimed
And we found that all till users, whether shop managers or shop volunteers loved the new tills, got behind the changes and appreciated the fact that their time was being better used.
