Jack Taylor, Support Analyst for Kudos Software has just completed his first year degree apprenticeship at Plymouth University with great results. Jack is studying for BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Engineer) Degree.
‘I have always had an interest in programming, so this is my dream course. ’
Jack’s degree is a four year part-time course, included in his course are a number of Kudos software developments for example our new app RoundAbout. At Kudos are all very proud of Jack and what he has achieved. Kudos is supporting Jack degree and after such positive results from his first year we can’t wait to see what is to follow.
Jack was one of the driving forces behind our first app RoundAbout. The app was designed to make life easier for delivery drivers for our Furniture reuse and charity sector. RoundAbout enables drivers to have access to their rounds, delivery locations (with maps routes), and items to collect or deliver. Drivers are also able to collect a digital signature from the donor as confirmation of collection/delivery.
‘I am one of the team who have been developing the first Android and IOS apps at Kudos. The knowledge gained from studying for this degree, has helped me a lot during the app development process. ’
