Kudos highlights importance of business intelligence at CRA AGM 2021

Kudos proudly sponsored the Charity Retail Association, 2021 virtual annual general meeting. Sarah Dodd, Managing Director, Kudos Software was invited to speak to the attendees about the benefits of charities using their charity retail systems to access and report data and business intelligence. Sarah was joined by Robin Osterley, Chief Executive, Charity Retail Association, who reviewed the year, and keynote speaker Polly Neate, Chief Executive of Shelter, who talked about the importance of charity retail.

Kudos business intelligence creates winning formula for charity retailers

Sarah explained that the Kudos charity EPoS system gives charity retailers the opportunity to produce meaningful retail reports. These detailed reports contain accessible business intelligence and provide greater insight. This enables charities to use management information to improve decision-making, based on meaningful trends and key performance indicators.

Sarah Dodd said “We use the business intelligence from Kudos to make improvements in buying decisions – to improve sales dramatically, as well as cash flow.”

Kudos business intelligence empowers the whole retail team to take action based on accurate data, rather than guess-work. Having reliable data presented in easy-to-read reports that tell a story and are easily shared, enables retail teams to create a winning formula. The Kudos charity retail system encourages teams to keep reviewing, analysing, and adjusting their strategy. Maximising income for charities.
