I’ve had a successful career in retail IT, working with UK retailers of all types and sizes. In 2012 I joined Kudos, bringing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained to the charity and DMS sectors. Since stepping up as MD in 2021, my motivation is to ensure Team Kudos provides exceptional customer service, while helping customers get the most out of their solution.
