Training

Kudos offers training sessions that are customised to your organisation’s specific use of the software and delivered at the optimal time for each user. The training is designed as a series of one-hour sessions, tailored for different user types such as purchasing, finance, and retail management, which can be taken consecutively to build knowledge and adapt the solution to meet your needs.

Whether training is required at your offices, remotely, or in-store for shop teams, our Kudos Project Manager will manage the training program from start to finish. We also provide a comprehensive training library for our customers to access whenever needed.

Support is in-house, in the UK, every day of the week. Our friendly service team understands customer priorities and has a great track record of going above and beyond to help, it’s one of the reasons clients stay with us for so long.

Software development

Our regular programme of software enhancements and upgrades is included in the annual software licence fee.  Kudos has never charged for a software upgrade. We provide free webinars, and supporting documentation with every upgrade, to help customers take full advantage of the features within the software.

Data security

With ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certification, the data held within Kudos is extremely secure. Plus, your charity can be safe in the knowledge that Kudos adheres to all relevant British standards and laws including HMRC for Gift Aid and GDPR.

The software provides a tiering system to give increased functionality to till functions to distinct roles (e.g., cashier, supervisor, manager), with roles fully password protected.

The solution architecture enables all data to be stored securely in the Cloud. Local installations of the EPoS software means that at store level there’s no reliance on the internet that could otherwise affect speed and access to the till. Couple this with the data being shared across the network in small packets, so there’s no reliance on overnight polling. The result is both an efficient and secure charity retail solution.
