Getting the most out of Kudos
Kudos User Forums
Our customers getting the most out of Kudos
Thank you to everyone that was able to be apart of our our two Kudos user forums in June and July this year!
The aim of the forums is to help our customers get the most out of Kudos, it’s also a great way to exchange information with other charities, discuss challenges and how some organisations are overcoming these.
It’s always great to meet up with customers and have people from the industry come together and discuss current challenges. Feedback suggests people found it a really useful event. Hot topics discussed included Retail Gift Aid and how to use Business Intelligence effectively and we shared experiences on running successful projects.
We also had a number of guest speakers;
- Tony Hilton, Director at Charity Fleet Care
- Robin Osterley, Chief Executive at Charity Retail Association
- Ghazanfar Ajaz, Retail Support Manager at St Clare’s Hospice
A big thanks you to everyone that was able to come and be a part of the user forums this year.
Sarah Dodd said ‘Thank you to all our charity and reuse customers who joined us at the Kudos User Forums in Manchester and Reading. The theme was ‘Getting the most out of Kudos’ with sessions on how to successfully implement change, Retail Gift Aid and Business Intelligence.
Thank you also to our guest speakers; Tony Hilton of Charity Fleetcare, Robin Osterley of the Charity Retail Association and Ghazanfar Ajaz of St Clare’s Hospice for your time and for sharing your expertise.
Finally we very much appreciate the contribution from Aures Technologies which helps us put on a nice lunch for everyone!’
